Previously managed by Belshaw, a subsidiary of Aga Foodservice Inc. the Infinity Fryers were launched during the National Restaurant Association show in May 2004 and has since established a reputation of quality and reliability.

Infinity Fryers will be re-launched at the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant show in New York City, NY in November, under the Aga Foodservice Inc. brand of products.
