Ongoing quality inspection procedures have identified the possibility that a component defect may be present in the Falcon Infinity Fryer model manufactured between January 1st 2006 and November 29th 2008.

This affects models G2840, G2841, G2842, G2845 and G2848.
The model number may also be followed by the letters: B, F or BF.

The defect is not apparent during manufacture nor install and may only occur when the fryer is in use. In some cases, the suspect component could leak gas during operation.

If you have purchased one of these models, it is important that you urgently call one of the FREE helpline numbers below to make arrangements for an engineer to undertake a free safety inspection of your fryer.
